“Give a GRAM…”

Sometimes in the eco world we need to act fast. Now is one of those times.

As we at www.gaianetwork.net continue to form associations with any and all funding organizations who believe in our volunteer approach coupled with our no nonsense, no compromise stance in defense of the oceans… the salmon farming issue is coming to a head in Canada and we can, and will help.

We now have a trawler in Oxnard, and will be moving it up the coast by the end of the month visiting friends and promoting the fact that open pen salmon farms are not for the oceans, wild salmon, native cultures, or even the humans who believe the myth…

Anyhow until we get set up in what we hope will be our most effective course of action, we are moving forward and need your help. EVERY DIME is tax deductible and will go to running the boat. It will serve the oceans in association with First Nations tribes.

Thank you

Peter Jay Brown

THE ” Give a gram” CONCEPT:

Two young entrepreneurs from the California’s legal cannabis industry sought ways to give back to the earth. They were striving for a green industry that consumers would be proud to support.

Since 1985, Patagonia Clothing has pledged 1% of sales to the preservation and restoration of the natural environment. Since then others have followed suit.

FUTURE PLANS:

Today 2017 the natural environment is under more stress then ever. Sometimes more active measures must be taken. We at HEADWATERS are setting up our own movement “Back to the Earth” so that growers, and corporations in our new and growing industry have the opportunity to give something back to the earth.

In association with ocean activist Peter Brown (www.peterjaybrown.com) we hope to allow our industry, and any others willing to join, a piece of the solution.

Back to the Earth is an alliance of businesses that understand the necessity of protecting the natural environment and wild oceans. They understand that profit and loss are directly linked to the planet’s health, and they are concerned with the social and environmental impacts of industry.

If you ‘re a business owner please consider becoming a member of our group. By contributing 1% of total of annual sales to grassroots environmental groups, members of Back to the EARTH will affect real change.

Members receive other benefits too: The satisfaction of paving the way for more corporate responsibility in the business community, and the recognition, support, and patronage of conscientious consumers who value the same commitment we have.

All contributions are tax exempt.
